What are the best aspects of this product?

GTM provides simple way to join the meetings in real-time. We can send link or anyone can visit the site and enter the meeting ID. I like that we can easily send out emails with the URL for attending the meeting. Also, I like the screen-share and recording features. We can easily start recording the meeting and to have a file in .wmv format. I also like the iPad app because it works perfectly. Great tool for attending the meeting while traveling around the globe.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have found that some organizations have block the app and this may cause some problems.
