What are the best aspects of this product?

GoToMeeting allows me to perform easy communication with my clients and to share contents with them. I’m using it to interact with IT people when we need to discuss about specific software, various issues and to troubleshoot. My IT team can take control of the keyboard and mouse in order to solve or fix specific issue, I really feel like we are all in one room, facing each other.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like about GTM is the fact that it seems to be bit slower than other apps I’ve used.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to solve the problem of having IT team in real-time, we are able to discuss with our IT specialist who can remote into my screen and take control of the mouse in order to fix the problem.
