What are the best aspects of this product?

This app allows us to perform various types of webinars and to include poll questions, handouts, multiple speakers and many other functions. At the beginning you will feel like it is a complex tool to learn and work with but once you start using it, it will become simple and you will experience all its benefits. I like the design of the control panel and it offers great set of modules.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has some bugs and it depends of internet connection. Also, when presenters want to change their roles the presentation goes on hold it doesn’t transfer the presenter’s screen to the next presenter’s screen.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We constantly have webinars for our clients and we were searching for a tool that would help us to create and launch professional webinar. We can download the webinars and our clients may keep track of all our events.
