What are the best aspects of this product?
GoToWebinar works perfectly, even though there are some things that need improvements, it gets the job done. There is little lag time when broadcasting compared to other software that streams content. When you get more than one webinars you’ll see that the product is easy to use and you’ll start checking every box on the webinar checklist.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are lot of tasks and things to remember but the clicking the record button seems overlooked and I’m not sure whether is recording or not. It would be great if they could make the system to record the session by default. I have found that GTW can be buggy when conducting presentation including audience questions or chatting in the same time. In new beta version there is no need for downloading plugin and I think that the new interface works better and we can easily manage attendee comments and questions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With GTW I can easily share my content with attendees in real time no matter where they are from. It offers wonderful interacting experience by using polss, Q&A and chat.
