PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

GoToWebinar gets the job done. It has little lag time when it comes to broadcasting when comparing to other solutions. Once you make a webinar you will see how simple this product is and you’ll start to check each box on the webinar checklist.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When clicking the record button I’m not sure whether is recording or not. Also, there are some bugs when conducting a presentation. But on the other side, the new version is great and it doesn’t require downloading plugin and they have really improved the interface and now we can easily manage attendee comments and questions.

It allows me to share content with my co-workers in real time. We have great interacting experience by using GTW solution.
