What are the best aspects of this product?
This software provides high-quality of audio and video compared to other conference tools I have used. And this is the main reason why I still use the GoToWebinar. The other thing I like about this software is its integration with HubSpot marketing software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What I don’t like is the fact that I need to convert webinar recording files manually and then to upload it back into the platform also manually, it’s time consuming. It would be great if they could implement an option for automatically convert and attach webinar recording.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We usually get more than hundred registrations for every webinar we make, and because of this fact we were searching for a product that could help us to manage huge number of registration without being expensive too much. And this platform really does a good job. I can handle all the “admin” for the webinar and presenters, and all they have to do is to log-in and get started.
