What are the best aspects of this product?
If it worked, I could answer this... but unfortunately, the only time we tried to use the solution for a mission critical business meeting, it failed.

Audio failed completed for 15 minutes
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A refund policy that addresses system failures. Go To Webinar refused to refund us for a system wide audio failure. This is very bad business.

This caused us to spend more time producing a webinar recording outside of the solution - so in effect, it make more problems for us than it solved.
