What are the best aspects of this product?
First of all, I like the quality and innovation of the team behind GoToWebinar. It’s great presentation tool with great set of feature. I use this product few years and I have seen great progress when it comes to the functionality and usage. The interface is more intuitive and user-friendly, they have improved the record and reports features, they have added Handouts feature as well. Secondly, I have to say that it has great, knowledgeable and straightforward support team, whenever I have run into some issue they have helped me to fix the problem, they quickly answer my questions. I’m using this product so many years and all I have to say that the product will grow and will improve itself.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I use almost all Citrix products starting from GoToWebinar, to GoToMeeting and I plan to start using the GoToTraining, but what I want to say when it comes to the “dislike” section is the fact that you cannot find same features in all these three products. I have favorite feature in GTM but the same feature doesn’t exist in GTW. Also, I would like to know how the “Attentiveness” score is calculated, I’m not sure but I think that it calculates the number of times the attendee use other windows during the webinar. And the last thing is about some features that I believe are still being tested but the problem is that those feature couldn’t be find easily, my team doesn’t know where to find them.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My team and I work on software deployments for those who use our product and our work requires training courses for them. All these trainings require administrators, setting up the system and many other things. GTW helps us to implement multi-client training courses/groups where large audience could attend these webinars at the same time. In our experience the polls and reports are very beneficial for us especially for keeping track of the attendee engagement, thus, we can work on areas that need improvements.
