Awesome solution for managing online reviews

What are the best aspects of this product?

Grade.Us system provides support for multiple profiles and clients. It offers nurturing email streams for review, depending upon the recipients’ responses and when to end them. I receive an email notification whenever I get new reviews. It has filters to avoid the unfavorable reviews and automatic sharing option to Facebook and Twitter. It has great reporting options and helpful technical support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reports are not very customizable, but this is not an issue for me. It works perfectly.

In my business, reviews are very important for SEO and social proof, in order to get the Search Engine users to open my sites.
