What are the best aspects of this product?

Grade.us helps me to increase the response rate via email drip campaigns to request reviews from my customers. I am able to add hundreds customers to the system and the emails are divided to a few days, this is really helpful because I won’t get bunch of reviews at once.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have dislikes for this product. Just, I find that some review sites are not being added to the system yet, but I use the option to create a custom link.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Grade.Us I am able to get more reviews from satisfied customers, and this is very important thing for a social proof, and we are even able to brand ourselves as a top rated provider.
