Great system for small businesses

What are the best aspects of this product?

Online reviews are very beneficial for every type of business, it is very helpful for their branding and growth. I recommend Grade.Us whenever a client requests a software system and a real time streaming for reviews for its website. This product gains information from Google+, Yelp, Facebook and other networks that my customers use for leaving reviews. I am able to manage each set of reviews and provide my clients with Review.Us email-option. I added 4 more clients to this system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I sent them some suggestions and recommendations for future upgrades, so there is no space for dislikes, at all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to keep local businesses with new reviews that are posted online and to provide them with a system to ask for more reviews.
