What are the best aspects of this product?

Its layout is one of the best for this kind of programs, it is intuitive and user friendly for both user and customers. I Use 2 different dealerships and I am able to manage both of them from 4 person task to 1 person being able to do all the work. It has great customer service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike about this product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Only few employees are able to manage the tasks of all reviews. Positive reviews are increasing constantly. We are able to turn around negative reviews by using the instant notification tool from the app. Customers can easily leave a review via Salesforce in a few steps instead of 10. We can easily implement the Grade.Us into our website. We are allowed to choose which reviews to feature by ranking.
