I couldn’t be more satisfied with this product

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am new to Grade.Us product, and I have to say that I am very satisfied with the platform and what we can manage in our company through this program. We have great experience with this program. Allows us to generate reviews to different sites and to manage the future ones. As an admin, I love the report feature, the reports I get are noticeable and detailed, I am able to send them to anyone without editing and adjusting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have any dislikes about this product. The team is really helpful and responsive and they constantly add new features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Grade.Us we are able to manage several brands, and to pull in reviews from the web and to make an engagement with our customer base.
