What are the best aspects of this product?

Grade.us has great set of features and affordable prices. It helps us to acquire reviews. It has autoresponder system so you can drip the review requests, I use the review invitation feature and printable invitation cards. All negative reviews are sent to the team first, thus, allows for the team to respond the review before it becomes public. Other good thing is that the system track more than 80 review sites and many social media networks and industry sites. All the emails may be streamed to every website, and they are all well-organized. I experienced great improvement over the last six months.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s not a dislike, but I’d say friendly suggestion. They could implement a sign-in option for clients so they can keep track of their own reviews. I’m not sure if the app can share positive reviews directly on social media.
