What are the best aspects of this product?

Grade.us helps us to easily get reviews for both us and our customers. We are allowed to choose what kind of reviews we want to publish before they go to the general public. When I started to use this program, I was very confused and overwhelmed and I asked one of their customer support representatives to help me understand the system. I have to say, that this guy was very patient, responsive and knowledgeable and helped me to better understand the program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Only thing that I don’t like is the fact that there are more options for profiles than in industry specific. I figured out that I can set up the options by myself, they still don’t look professional like others. For e.g. whenever I want to upload the logo it looks weird compared to others. To be honest, this is not big deal in my case.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Grade.Us helps us to better understand the needs of our customers and what they expect from us. We are able to adjust the whole process in order to meet their needs. This program helps us to improve our SEO and Google reviews. We are really happy for the success we get from this product.
