What are the best aspects of this product?

Grasshopper has lot of information, support and features for its customers. I’m amazed of its customer service because they are always willing to help and to improve user’ experience. It allows you to use their templates and information for SMBa. You can choose from free numbers or local numbers or even both options are available too. Also, there is voicemail to text transctription and voicemail sent to email. In addition, it allow you to call from your business number so you don’t have to use 2 phones.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is truth that Grasshopper has lot of features suitable for any business size but I don’t like the limitation for $24/mo with only 500 minutes allowed!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to be more professional when dealing with our customers, we can use Toll Free numbers, it helps us to increase productivity, it saves us lot of time and money.
