What are the best aspects of this product?
My team and I love how easy this app is to use, yet it has tons of features! The integrated email is a fantastic tool. You just use your own email and Gro filters mail into your leads and customer lists. You can also add new contacts to your lists right from the mail client and even make phone calls and send txt messages.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would nice to have more reporting but it sounds like that is something coming in the future.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were so disorganized before. We all used independent systems and could never keep up. Our team is on top of their game now and we are all communicating better. I never knew we could be so efficient!
