What are the best aspects of this product?

Very lightweight. All features are usable. We were able to get things started within a couple hours. It was intuitive to have everything set up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest. Nothing much. I could go on and copy and paste this sentence all over again to prove my point.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A useful platform. It's currently the helpdesk my company is using. It's actually been used in several departments across the organization. We're actually running both software and finance help desk with GrooveHQ.
