What are the best aspects of this product?
I personally love giving my clients the opportunity to have their input regarding scheduling appointments with me.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Logging emails seems to be a little bit glitchy at the moment, and I find that I have to manually log a few, but not too many. Normally resetting the settings clears this out for a while.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
more predictive software, easier navigation of email flows - adding individual email address' is a little tedious at the moment
