PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Allows user to stay in a workflow without getting disctracted bouncing between email inbox / dialer / CRM (Salesforce, in our case).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Very small things are sometimes buggy, like the view when selecting a list of contacts to call.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More columns in the call screen (customizable) so that I can add details like a City's population or fiscal start.
