Groove is super easy. It comes with a clean UI. This allows for quick and efficient communication with customers. It allows for multi-user access.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only issue that I came across is its search functionality. It's a pain to be familiar with. Errors happen at least once weekly. Other than that, nothing much else.

Groove is being utilized as our primary platform for communication. It's also used as a medium for customer support. It gave us the opportunity to capture a response time under one hour for almost each request. It's great using this.
