Ability to track email opens, auto reminders to follow up with unanswered emails, goove flows for prospecting.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only thing I can think of was a bug with the groove dialer tool but it seems to have been fixed.

Would like a tool that allows you to log cell phone calls automatically into SalesForce.
