What are the best aspects of this product?
Groove is a great tool to connect to SFDC while working within Gmail.
All the emailed could be automatically logged into SFDC without any manual work
Flows could be created to make lead qualification process much easier.
Now you can also view linked in information directly from the groove panel on gmail so you'd gain more information on the propsects while answering emails without ever changing screens.
Amazing tool that I'd recommend any B2B company to use!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes things don't sync perfectly. Particularly when trying to automatically update some sfdc fields.
On lead bounce kind of events, the sync is still kind of buggy.

More fields from SFDC added to the panel.
