What are the best aspects of this product?
There are a lot of great things to say about Groove. I love the ability to store email templates and easily add prospects to campaign flows, so I don't have to worry about anyone falling through the cracks. I also love the ability to send reminders that go right to my inbox if they don't respond!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The UX originally was iffy, but they have made some great updates recently.

I am not sure about this one. Will need to get back to me as I continue to use it more.
