What are the best aspects of this product?

Creating templates for common responses is a great way to stay efficient in correspondence and track who's opening those emails. Having visibility on open and click rates is a great way to know if your message is resonating. Also, the ability to sync communication with Salesforce is fantastic for CRM.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to see a break down in individual template performance. While seeing open rates and click through percentages is nice from a performance standpoint, being able to export a file of contacts that have done either would be helpful for follow up communication to targeted interested parties.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The ability to export which contacts have opened and clicked through on templates.

High volume outbound emails, sending canned responses, tracking efficacy of communication.
