What are the best aspects of this product?
It is super easy to use, integrates beautifully with G-Mail and Salesforce and allowed me to easily scale my outreach efforts. I gain at least an hour each day back not having to log notes directly in salesforce. The reporting helps provide insight into what happens after you send your email, which provides peace of mind and helps me close business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It gets a little tricky when your salesforce database has duplicate contacts, but that is less of a groove problem I think.

Integration w/Sales Navigator without having to own Team licenses
