What are the best aspects of this product?
The ability to seamless move from my G-Mail to Salesforce is helpful as an Inside Sales associate. Before I had Groove I had to go through the painful process of opening and linking to Salesforce to seek out a contact to seize the opportunity or acquire a lead. Now, with Groove, I have a bird's eye view of an opportunity or lead. This helps me respond faster and close out deals with my clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There have been instances where Groove has its share of glitches. But they dealt with it through immense improvements, which made even more happy.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It seamlessly syncs my Salesforce to my Gmail for faster client interaction. As part of an Inside Sales team, I heavily depend on having adqequate linking between the stage of opportunity and Gmail for an effective funnel prediciont for my manager.
