What are the best aspects of this product?
I find extremely useful the email analytics, open/clicked-on links and replies.
It's extraordinary useful information for me and my sales team in order to achieve customer success, and manage performance metrics.
Another great features are email templates and flows that automate delivery of emails to my contacts, accounts or leads. It works seamlessly with Salesforce and Gmail.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing to say from me. I'm very happy with it.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would suggest working on the templates editing interface.
