PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Groove makes room for a simple and handy UI. It makes sure our users can be heard and their suggestions are taken into consideration. Assigning team members to cater to request have been a big help. This is particularly true when dealing with client relationships.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The glaring downside with Groove is its restrictions when inserting it into our product. This matter could be from our part. But it'd be nice to an integration to our product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Groove has helped us preserve a response time of less than one day. It's for almost each support request. It's brilliantly designed. As a matter of fact, it nearly eradicated problems related to managing suport problems!
