What are the best aspects of this product?

Ability to quickly mass target and touch contacts within our accounts

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some trouble editing "copied" flows. Time-consuming trying to manipulate to allow edits.

Sometimes groove emails that are sent out to clients arrive in inboxes with distorted fonts and paragraphs. Makes for a poor experience, as clients have emailed us back stating that it looks copied and pasted and not personalized. Which may not be the case.

ability to touch each account, marketing and sales communicate better now that marketing is able to share groove templates with us and auto sent templates themselves.
