A fantastic all-around product that comes with impressive support.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a lovely tool to use. I get to integrate all my tools that I'm currently using into one UI. Through that, I'm able to make metrics that would tell me stuff about my marketing campaigns. I won't have worry about moving to each and every single platform or using the UI for each one.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been chances where a metric will break. But the chances of that happening is very rare. When this does happen, it's often triggered by integration companies that either update or change their API. Thankfully, it's resolved quickly thought their professional support.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

To be honest, there I haven't encountered much problems. This tool keeps things interesting. The ability to everything in one UI and utilzing a majority of my marketing tools in one platform makes this a worthwhile program. I will definitely keep this tool for the long term.
