Pros: Integration was surprisingly fast. But it's awesome to be getting data from various sources in one convenient medium. It's constantly updated on the metrics that we're using on a daily basis. Customer Success has kept us updated on what's most important to us. All we had to do is to take a quick glance.

Cons: There have been too many times when some dashboards would refresh. They can't be pulled swiftly enough. In other cases, it takes way too long to load. I just hope things like this won't happen as much. Unfortunately, it does happen. I hope they can resolve these once and for all.

Pros: This tool comes out as a sellable product almost immediately. We're making use of this to showcase our very own C-Suite quick stats. At the same time, we're able to get in-depth to ensure everyone is capable of meeting their goals. This tool can connect to various platforms and products. So, there's never a need to do things manually again.

Cons: So far, I've yet to find anything about this tool that turns me off. I have nothing to hate with Grow. I tried to find loopholes. Fortunately, there's nothing negative about it. Right now, my company is totally in love with Grow.
