What are the best aspects of this product?

Grow makes it simple to piece data together from each business aspect. They all do that in one page. They also create a bunch of things such as sales dashboards, which is relatively simple to do. I've yet to come across a data source that's never supported by Grow. Right now, my CSM has been responsive and very helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When we made use of Grow more than a year ago, there were some parts that I found frustrating. For instance, we had trouble doing simple navigation and scrolling. Thankfully, these issues have been solved. When it comes down to the basic needs that we utilize Grow for, there's nothing bad to say about the tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The major business issue we were able to resolve is having visibility in all aspects of our business. When people are able to understand how their folks are doing in terms of performance, we can successfully work and do great things together. In addition, our efforts are more unified than ever.
