PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is very powerful. We were able to make use of it in major areas of our organization. We utilize it for external reporting and internal reporting. I love how their team was able to keep pace and collaborate with us. For starters, they offered demo walkthroughs, can assist with the setup process, and offer direct communication for those who need help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have nothing bad to report at the moment. My experiences with Grow have been nothing but postive. I can't say they've done anything terrible. In the meantime, I'm utilizing it to benefit my organization in a number of ways.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were trying to resolve issues that had to do with our organization using a lot of different tools. We're serving numerous stakeholders. Those stakeholders include end users, customers, our board, internal teams, and etc... Grow has made things possible in setting up robust reporting engines that we can easily adapt to.
