What are the best aspects of this product?
Integration was surprisingly fast. But it's awesome to be getting data from various sources in one convenient medium. It's constantly updated on the metrics that we're using on a daily basis. Customer Success has kept us updated on what's most important to us. All we had to do is to take a quick glance.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There have been too many times when some dashboards would refresh. They can't be pulled swiftly enough. In other cases, it takes way too long to load. I just hope things like this won't happen as much. Unfortunately, it does happen. I hope they can resolve these once and for all.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Metrics play an important role. Getting those in a single, convenient medium made my job several times easier. I couldn't ask for more. Having all data in one place has done lots of wonders for me. I'm pretty sure I'll be keeping this highly-integrated tool for a long while.
