We got to see our sales numbers in real-time. The reason for this is to ensure everyone continues to be motivated. It lets us look into numbers from previous sales and sales numbers in the next month or two. We can also keep track of our marketing and expenditure efforts in one location.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, you experience a bit of lag whenever the dashboards are updated. They need to find a way to improve on this. Otherwise, it'll tick of end-users and prevent them from using this tool for the long term. Aside from that, there's nothing bad that I can say about them.

We're resolving unknown projected sales by having the ability to showcase sales one month and two months before they occur. This gave us the chance to make adjustments according to the dictated revenue. It definitely made things easier for us in the long haul.
