What are the best aspects of this product?

I can now input appointments of students in such a way that it would things simpler for me to know where I'm supposed to be, when I'm supposed to be, and for them to receive their reminders. I find it very fortunate to find a tool like this. Otherwise, I'd end up doing things the long way.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've faced some difficulty trying to add locations as "standing locations." But that would mean opting or migrating to a paid acount. From time to time, students fail to receive email notifications in their messages. It's unfortunate, but it does happen.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of the biggest fears in life is doing double bookings. With this tool, I'm keeping everything in order. Things are a lot more organized. Reminders are now being sent to students so they won't have to make excuses for not being around on their appointments.
