What are the best aspects of this product?
When it comes to working with tools such as this, quality of data and leads are essential. Growbots was able to outpeform its competitors in our test when it came to choosing a partner. It has great DYI and automated processes. I'm always valuing their customer support. Response times has been excellent (thus far).
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's really nothing to dislike. Data quality is the ultimate key here. How it was made is not something I'd be intersted in. It'd be nice to see some kind of a pre-installed assistant service. That would be of great help in taking the last calendar step.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Havine aimed outreach to scale to our core tiers. We were able to schedule meetings with Fortune 500 brands all from the world over. They range from teams from headquartes to brand managers. Being able to achieve what we want to. We can easily hire several SDR or opt for Growbots. But then again, I have no intention of hiring any SDRs.
