What are the best aspects of this product?
Its e-mail efficiency in sending out a great review on what's currently happening. Automated re-scheduling if the prospect has an out-of-the-office response, for instance. Such things shaved off a lot of time in one day. Being able to filter out a prospect equates to more time spent for calls and meetings. This is way better than spending time on hunting for prospects.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's a little difficult to say anything bad about this platform. Filters may need a bit of time to finally get things right. Some bounces may happen. But then again, the total percentages aren't that large.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I was spending so much time looking for new prospects --- a lot more than I needed initially. I'm better off spending time with customers and close out on deals! I can now see an increased amount of meetings that I'm able to get. This led to increased sales for us. A worthy ROI!
