What are the best aspects of this product?
If it works properly being able to integrate your listings on multiple sites would be really helpful. I really bought into the idea of streamlining and there are integrations possible with outside vendors too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They have very, very poor customer service. Issues are (or are not) resolved via an antiquated ticketing system where you receive a response via email within a couple of days. If that response didn't solve your issue you have to wait another couple of days for them to respond.
We were told that our onboarding agent wasn't available after the initial period so that the ticketing system was our only recourse.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Actual customer service. We work with many, many vendors and have multiple integrated products. This is the only vendor that won't respond quickly - or reach out directly if there are continued issues.
When you work with VRBO - or AirBNB there is an actual response in a timely manner. That can be crucial when dealing with situations that impact a family's valued vacation.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This service created issues, it didn't solve them.
