What are the best aspects of this product?
Guesty successfully integrated all of the messaging, marketing, and calendar/reservations needs of a hospitality management company in a simple interface. The application is also customizable so it can fit in whatever needs the company has especially when managing multiple properties.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We are still figuring out how to properly use Homeaway. Customer support has been very helpful in informing us of how to figure things out.

Management of multiple properties in one place, customer support, communication with customers, keeping track of guest traffic.
