What are the best aspects of this product?

I really love how this application is all-in-one! It stores and organizes all the data, it helps with listings and reservations in different platforms, it helps with communicating with clients--operations have been more organized.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The application cannot be used on the computer and the phone at the same time.

Communication with customers especially in making reservations and messaging
