What are the best aspects of this product?
Guru features a neat and properly organized structure for hosting an entire knowledge base system. It is divided into cards, boards and collections, so storing and retrieving hundreds or even thousands of information is very easy. All our staff can easily find the exact detail they need at a particular moment.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Better searching features can further improve Guru in big ways. Say, search results only show the title of cards. I think searching would be better if we can filter results into categories, such as showing the names of boards as well. This makes it unnecessary to scour through a number of cards before finding the right board, and it’s easier than manually browsing through the boards' section.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Guru makes tons of company information readily available. This is very helpful for my job as a team coach. That’s because it is now easy for me to grab ideas relating to some topics; thus, I can proceed to motivational interviews efficiently. It also helps me stay updated with recent company announcements and protocols for all employees.
