What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the knowledge cards in Guru because I find it easy to fill with important details and information. Then, I can quickly share such cards with the rest of our group by grabbing a link.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
IN some instances, Guru yields a lot of results when searching. This can overwhelm a user that needs quick results. That’s why I hope that Guru would improve and would display only the most relevant and accurate items. Nonetheless, our user experience with the platform is still outstanding.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Guru suits well in our sales and customer service departments. It is a perfect tool for keeping all valuable details about our processes and products. It is also great that we can create knowledge cards on Guru, then the platform lets us share such cards easily. This makes it a great time saver because it significantly reduces the time we spend on finding the needed information.
