What are the best aspects of this product?

Guru has pretty cool plugins for some other big apps, such as Chrome and Slack. The Chrome plugin allows me to create easy to remember and use keyboard commands. And Slack plugin has an efficient searching algorithm, as well as handy commands that make searching for information lightning fast.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I notice one or a few lines weirdly disappear when I use bullet formatting in a document. I hope this editing problem would be solved and improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Guru helps us in storing and sharing information with the least hassles. This is largely improving our performance at work.
