What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a perfect platform that has made our internal knowledge management fast and efficient. Guru helps in distributing important information all throughout our company with great ease, and it promotes teamwork instead of too much dependence on key people. This makes our company function seamlessly and consistently because everybody shares similar essential knowledge for work. What’s more, Guru works efficiently with other collaboration platforms with the help of plugins.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sectioning of results on the Guru window is quite inconvenient for me. I hope it would allow me to switch to full-page views. Moreover, I am waiting for GitHub plugins to be included in later updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sharing and retrieving essential internal company info is very seamless through Guru. This provides a repository of updated and fresh info to all employees, especially about product information and company announcements. It also supports easy creation of knowledge cards that any authorized people can view afterward. As a result, scheduled meetings and video conferences have become unnecessary in our company for such purposes.
