What are the best aspects of this product?

Guru is very accessible, comes with a handy Chrome extension, and allows great customization with the list of favorite cards. This helps me immediately retrieve protocols and guidelines of the company, which in turn helps me deliver quality customer service and support. I use this for survey purposes as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Guru takes a long time to load and open, and it sometimes completely hangs the computer too. Other users experience this problem as well. Unfortunately, we haven’t come up with a solution to such an issue, especially after we updated our computers as well as clear cookies and cash in the browser.

Guru solves our problem of taking significant time when searching for information. With the help of its features such as the Chrome extension, we can now find the right details that we need anytime.
