What are the best aspects of this product?
Guru Supports embedding of different webpages into knowledge cards; meaning we can make online resources such as dashboards and diagrams easily accessible. It unifies all our information sources seamlessly, thus we do not need to use multiple tools at once.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is quite hard to learn at first, thus we ended up doing a lot of trials before getting things right. We had some problems with understanding how to set it up, how to name its sections, and to easily identify the names of its parts such as the folders and subjects among others. Nonetheless, such difficulty is a part of starting to use any wonderful tool, after all.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This has solved the messy knowledge management system we had in our company. Before, we need to scour through different sources just to retrieve the right information. Also, we need to identify the owners of certain files and how to open them. Guru has easily addressed such a problem in our system.
