What are the best aspects of this product?

Retrieving essential information that we keep in different repositories has become easier with Guru. We also enjoy the experience of creating knowledge cards, as well as with the boost that Guru has caused to our collaborative workflow. In addition, we find the verification feature very handy because it helps us make sure that a file we view is fresh and updated.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am hoping for a feature that syncs Guru with Google Drive. That’d help in automatically adding files from our cloud storage to Guru. As a result, it will solve my problem of failing to find certain information. Such a problem frequently happens while I wait for our staff to add fresh information to the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has made Google Drive obsolete in our company. After all, our old cloud storage has become too messy and cluttered with tons of outdated files. Now with Guru, retrieving any information has become easier since we can simply make new cards or topics, share URLs of knowledge cards, and put new files among other tasks. It is really efficient in improving our knowledge base system!
