What are the best aspects of this product?
Guru can sync with Slack through integration, and it lets us respond to the queries of our team members accordingly. This is perfect for giving them accurate information instantly and efficiently, which is great especially for our newbie agents.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The steps for posting a card is quite inconvenient for my preference. Also, I wish there would be complete sentences to help with the search, instead of tags on each post.

Guru is a complete platform that carries all company information necessary for our operations. This is great for simplifying or addressing problematic processes. Our new agents also experience great convenience when finding solutions to their problems, since they do not need to personally talk with superiors for some guides. As a result, our customer service operations have improved a lot.
